    ricochet-refresh: fix UTF-8 encoding for pluggable transport paths QString::toStdString() uses system locale encoding (e.g., GBK on Chinese Windows), but Rust FFI expects UTF-8. This causes crashes when using bridges on non-UTF-8 locale systems with non-ASCII characters in path.
